Keeping the delicate fabrics of your lingerie looking beautiful requires special care. Here we recommend a few simple steps to follow.

Ideally, lingerie should be hand washed in cool water. Use a mild detergent or soap and rub gently but exercise caution when rubbing so as not to pull the threads out. Use a delicate stain remover for stubborn stains - never bleach your lingerie. Hang out to drip dry after washing. Do not wring or twist your lingerie as this ruins its shape.

If you prefer to machine wash, turn your lingerie inside out and close all clasps, buttons and zippers. Separate and wash similar color items at one time - do not mix light and dark colored garments. Also use a lingerie bag which are little mesh bags that allow in soap and water but keeps your lingerie from being stretched all around the machine. Set the machine to delicate cycle at cool temperate. Hang out to drip dry after washing. Do not use a tumble dryer.

Certain lingerie items are simply not designed to be machine washed. If the manufacturer recommends dry cleaning or hand washing, please follow their advice.
